After decades working on communities and coastal resilience, the pandemic brought home the wide gulf between international NGOs HQ’d at home in DC and the local reef-shepherd communities (like in the Philippines where I live) struggling to make ends meet.

When my 10 year old daughter became a certified diver amidst the planet’s center of marine biodiversity, together we came up with this idea to bring impactful conservation funding to our next generations.
